I got into this because I love the whole craft — the concept, the shot, the subject line, the offer, the ten-second hook, the send time. Most "creative" people can't run a P&L, and most "growth" people can't sit a frame. I learned both, because the best work happens where they overlap: creative strategy.

Before this studio, I was creative lead at StayNido — where I got to set the aesthetic and watch the numbers move in the same afternoon. Now I select brands — the ones that understand the impact of strong creative and analytics.
